Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- buyer’s remorse
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goldenformstudio@aol.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the problem and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- custom or made-to-order products
- sale items
- gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
